Memorial Day Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend turned out to be a rainy one here in Texas. I spent most of the weekend trying to get my airplane finished, while Zoe and Shelly spent a day down in Dallas and the rest of the time relaxing around the house. I am ready to get this airplane finished!!! It seems to have consumed about every free minute of the last few weeks (yes, even more than normal!!!) I am very lucky to have a woman who is so supportive and understanding. The pool is also getting the new liner as I type. The gross hole in the backyard has been driving Shelly nuts! I can't say I enjoy it much either. "Don't fetch yet Sissy, it's a long way down!"  Those from Eugene will recognize the Texas version of the Amazon  The Glamourous Shelly and the Glamourous Zoe  Shelly and the friend she met in Dallas.     The Lightning is just a few days away now....or as soon as the batteries arrive! |
