Roadrunner Pattern Classic Part 1
 Well, we have made it through part 1 of our journey to Albuquerque. We are nicely tucked away in Amarillo for the night. We saw a beautiful sunset on our way here. The motel...well let's just say the room is ok. It is off to Albuquerque in the morning anyway. I have to get there and get some practice in. With Lightning construction in full bore, I still haven't practiced as much as I would have liked. To back up a bit, before we left Shelly got her new car! She worked the deal all on her own, and she got a great one. The sales man kept telling me how tough she was on the price. He even said that she should be selling cars. We didn't know if that was an insult or not. I am very proud of how she did in this whole process. Oh, I guess I have to tell you what she ended up with (our driveway has been like a car show the last week). She bought the Chevy Malibu. It is a very nice car. Time for bed! Labels: Pattern Meet |
