Sissy's New Home
The vet recommended putting her in a kennel for the next three months to limit the amount of mobility that Sissy could have during that time. Fortunately, Jeff and I both whole heartedly agreed that we couldn't do something quite that drastic to the poor girl. I mean, could you imagine? Three weeks in one of those with only getting out to potty for the first six weeks AT LEAST?!?!?! So, instead, we tucked away her very high dollar, orthopedic mattress into the corner & bought two baby gates, attached them together and made her a little fortress in the corner of the sun room. She still can't move around much, but at least it isn't a freaking box! |
