Not really sure why.........
| I do the things that I do. Somehow, I ended up agreeing to work the Donuts with Dad deal at Kolby's school this morning. This was the one thing that I really didn't want to work. I was excited that for once, I didn't have to get up at 6am, get everyone ready and to school. My plan was to sleep in....and let Jeff do it all since he had to be there early with Kolby anyway. Pfft. So much for that idea. 5:30 wake up for me today so that I can be at the school at 6:30. BEFORE even Jeff and Kolby! *laugh* AND I still have to work in the workroom afterwards! Tehehe. THEN, I have a meeting with his teacher at 1:15 to set a plan for me being the room mom. YAY! See why some of you other mom's really need to volunteer from time to time? Zoe had a babysitting job last night. A set of 3 year old quads and a 5 year old. Jeff and I laughed all night imagining just what that was like for her. Thankfully she came home talking about how great the kids were and how they will be calling her back for more babysitting! *laughs* Oh, and that superiously (my new made up word since I don't know if it is real or not, but I like it)fantastic camera that she wants.....she will have saved enough money for it by the first week of October at the latest. Way to go Zoe!!!! I'm so very proud of you! Of course the whole thing about MAYBE letting me borrow it just isn't going to fly....you know this right? Tehehehe Ooh, ooh and Kolby gets to sign up for flag football. Here we thought he had to wait until he was 8 for that. Not so much.....The season starts in November. Jeff and Kolby are working on a practice schedule together already! *laughs hysterically* I don't know which of them are most excited! And on that note, I'm off to put on my face, make my to go cup of coffee and head out the door. |
