Uneventful Week
Not much to update this week. Everyone is doing wonderfully. Jeff finds himself buried in magazines and websites trying figure out what he wants to buy with all of his birthday money. It's just like a kid in a candy store, I swear! Tehehehe.

Zoe is doing great in school and loving every minute of it. She is back to alternating between what we refer to as "nice Zoe" and "mean Zoe". We were on a streak there for a bit, where we were only seeing "nice Zoe" for the most part. Damn hormones.

Kolby for the most part is doing great in school too. They keep a color chart with each child's clothespin attached for their conduct grade each day. Red, orange and yellow are not so good, with Red being the absolute worst. Green, purple and blue are good colors with blue being the absolute best. Jeff and I have determined that blue simply isn't achievable without having saved someones life by performing CPR or something. Kolby alternates back and forth between green and purple everyday. Until yesterday that is. Apparently one of the other kiddos called him a baby. Which made Kolby quite upset and "I couldn't possibly ignore the comment mom!", he informed me. So, instead they bickered back and forth all day and played the "I'm telling" game with the teacher. How he didn't end up on red is beyond me, but he came home with a yellow square! Of course, we had "the talk". Hopefully it will work. The one good thing I can say about Kolby is that he does not like getting into any kind of trouble. It really hurts his feelings. So, hopefully, this won't happen again.

For the last week or so, Jeff has been humping my leg BIG TIME about where his K Factor is...as if I am in charge of publication and distribution! The daily conversatoin went something like this:
Jeff: Hey babe, has my K Factor come in yet?
Me: Not today.
Jeff: Really?
Me: Well, it wasn't in the mailbox when I checked it.
Jeff: Really? Hmmm. Dad already got his. Are you sure?
Me: Pretty sure (insert sarcastic tone here).
Jeff: Hmmmm.

Tehehehe. Like a kid waiting for his new bike to be delivered. Yesterday morning, I asked him if we could possibly call them and ask for a new one to be sent. My plan was to do just that if it didn't come in the mail, but thankfully it did!

I get it now....it was the NATS issue and Jeff was featured!

By the way, Bill, what WERE you doing? Tehehehe.

Kolby was super excited to see both Jeff and his grandpa Bill in the magazine. I think he's taking it to school tomorrow for show and tell! Tehehe

Speaking of Kolby, he just woke up all by himself. It's nice that I'm not going to have to fight him out of bed! BUT, he walked in here fussing at me because he didn't want to be late for his friends birthday party..............that is tomorrow night! Tehehehe. No worries, it's campfire day and he always loves his campfire days!

On that note, I'm off to fix his breakfast & get him off to school. Hope everyone out there is doing wonderfully! We love and miss you all!
