The Weekend
Was a lot of fun.

Friday night, Kolby got to go to his friends birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. What a hoot! A friend of mine, Lyndi, was there and had to not only bring Sydney (her kindergartener), but also her quadruplets! Yep, you read that right. She has quads that are 3 years old. I'm not sure how she does it! So, I got to help her keep up with all of the for the night. They are outrageously cute! Kolby had an absolute blast playing with all of his friends from school. And of course, he always loves visiting Chuck E Cheese!

Saturday night, we had a little get together here at our place to celebrate Jeff's birthday. We laughed so hard at some points that we were rolling around in the floor crying. At one point, we even thought we might be causing our dear friend Kandice to go into pre-term labor from laughing so hard! Tehehehe. We went out to eat first and of course took the Porsche. Jeff was so excited to drive the car, that when we got back to the house, you could still smell the rubber from the tires and the clutch burning well into the night! Muwahahaha. I love that car.

Zoe spent Saturday night babysitting for Lyndi and her husband. She loves getting to babysitt the quads and Sydney. However, I've decided that I need to take her job. She earned $45.00 for 4.5 hours! Go Zoe! It's funny, everytime I go to the school, someone else is asking about Zoe babysitting on such and such date. I always remind them, that I don't coordinate for her. They need to call her. After all, if she is going to work, I'm not going to be responsible for it! Tehehhe. But, it seems that people are wanting to book her for a month in advance because they are worried that she will be all booked up! *laughs* I'm very proud of her though. They all have wonderful things to say about her babysitting and how much they love her. What can I say? We have amazing children!

Sunday was spent sleeping in and lounging around the house. Jeff got in his new airplane and parts on Saturday, so he is all pumped up and excited about that! Then, we went over to mom's house for the family dinner. YAY! Zoe and Kolby both got plugged into Halo 3 and it was almost impossible to get them to stop the game so that we could leave to come home! Tehehehe.

No real plans for today. I'm going to do some work on Kolby's room and the spare bedroom. Laundry and hopefully I can sit down and start my new cross stitch pattern that I bought myself last week. The only volunteer work that I have on my schedule today is doing visitation tonight for my CASA case. YAY me!

The dogs are doing great. Sissy seems to be healing up well finally. She still favors both back legs a bit, but each day it gets a bit better. I'm not sure if Lucky has gained anymore weight or lost some, but he still seems to be full of tons of energy and very happy. Benny got some indoor time last night and cuddled up on the couch with me and Jeff to watch Law and Order. Tehehehe. If you could imagine that 100 pound dog on the couch, it really is quite amusing. Smokey is still the king of the house and as tiny & cute as ever. And well, Ozzy, I'm not too sure what we are going to do with him. He's so freaking cute most of the time, but then he gets in these moods and just attacks all of the other dogs. He's just plain mean to them. This morning, he and Sissy went after each other like they were trying to kill each other! Not quite sure how to fix that.

Anywho, that's all that I have for the day. Hope everyone out there is doing beautifully! Hugs and kisses to you all!
