Show & Tell, The Mantle & Linkin Park!!!
This morning, we woke up to signs hanging all over the house with Zoe BEGGING us to get tickets to the Linkin Park concert in OKC. Muwahahaha....she's creative at least.

Never a dull moment around our house! Tehehehehe. Jeff and I checked into the tickets, but they are $100 a piece. Sooo, I'm thinking that maybe it will be a good father/daughter bonding thing for them to do before he leaves.

Every Friday is show and tell in Kolby's classroom. Their show and tell needs to start with the letter that they are working on that week. This week was the letter "D" and they focused on dinosaurs a lot! So, it was obvious what he was bringing today....his giant robot dinosaur. I hate this thing....it will follow you around the house! It's just plain scarey, but it was a HUGE hit in the classroom. Kolby made sure to tell me, "Sydney really liked my dinosaur. She said it was 'really cool'!" I asked, "did that make you happy?" and he smiled and nodded his head yes. No one else got a special mention though! Tehehehe.

I got a lot done around the house. I rearranged the sun room so that now we can look out into the backyard and see Benny poop anytime we want! *laughs* AND I got the mantle decorated with the candlesticks, runner and beads that mom gave me for my birthday. Then we added the urn from her shop! I love it. What do you all think?

And of course, it wouldn't be a complete day without a little duck action!

Or torture should I say!

There you go...now I have not only updated the pictures that I have been promising for weeks, but extras too! It's your lucky day! Now it's time to get ready to go to mom's for family dinner. We're especially excited because she is making her famous enchiladas!!!!

Our love to you all!
