Home Again
| Well, almost 700 miles and exactly 12 hours later, Zoe and I made it home last night just after midnight. Besides the upset tummy, I think Zoe had fun. We ended up meeting up with Misty and Justin and Misty rode back to Fort Worth with us so that she could spend the weekend with her mom and sister. My need for instant gratification is not going to be met with this shoot though. Hehehehe. He said that we should have the CD w/i 3 weeks to us! UGH! Zoe is not so use the the very directive photographers, so she never has as much fun when they are telling her every move to make. She's quite the natural, but apparently he was putting her in poses that "no body should ever have to be in"! Muwahahaha. I keep reminding her that whoever told her modeling was glamorous lied to her. It's not that in the least. And thanks the the hay bails, she was all kinds of marked up! I wish I had gotten pictures of the marks, but I didn't. And this morning, you can't see them. HOWEVER.....Kolby is plenty marked up for everyone! He stayed with his aunt Kim yesterday and apparently got into a rumble with their dining room wall and the wall won!   Ouch! Jeff says that Kolby was quite proud of it when he went to pick him up last night! Tehehehe. Anywho, I'm outta here for now. I'm going to try to get the master bath wallpaper border down and possibly paint that room today. Just 6 more days until we're in Oregon! Just so you know, Kolby's the most excited I think! Tehehehe! |
