FINALLY!!!!
| Here are the before and after shots of the backyard work. The left side of the pool before:   The left side of the pool after:       The right side of the pool before:   The right side of the pool after:    In front of the shop before:  In front of the shop after:   The back fence line before:   The back fence line after:  Here are the kids having an absolute blast playing in what Jeff love to refer to as 'poopy dirt'. Otherwise known as compound! Tehehehe. They did a fantastic job of packing it in for us too!   The first delivery of 4-8" river rock. It really doesn't look like much, but that is right about 2 tons worth of rocks. This is what Tera and I hauled back and laid. We actually had to pick up each rock by hand, put in the wheel barrel and carry back to dump in the back yard! Later that day, we got another delivery of the same amount to finish off the yard.   And last, but certainly not least! Our brainfart of a day. Here's a shot and us pulling up at home with 15 bags of compound (can you say stinky?) and a wheel barrel all shoved into my little old car! Poor Tera! She really did have to ride home like that and I was almost underneath the wheel barrel! Muwahahahaha!  And Jeff, here is your official....eternal reminder! It's truly amazing what you can do in a couple of days work and a couple of thousand dollars. I think that in the end, we landed somewhere around $2,200.00. Still under our $2,500.00 hopeful budget! YAY us! |
