BIG DAY!
Today was Kolby's first class in the Black Belt Club. No, he's not a black belt yet, but it is a club built of orange belts and above that are willing to make a strong commitment to earn their black belt. He's been super excited about this and couldn't get to class fast enough! This also means that he is attending martial arts classes at least 4 days a week now. Typically 5 if we can get him to the Saturday classes! AND Zoe is leaving for her D.C. and NY, NY trip tonight at 1:30 in the morning. She is WAY excited about this trip and grandma was sure to have her ready to hit the streets in D.C.....which also happens to be the headquarters for CWA (communication workers of America)! They are looking into getting Zoe made an honorary member of their union due to all of the support that she lends them! I say they should hire her as their spokesmodel! *grins*  Aren't they cute? It's no wonder that all of Zoe's friends tease her by calling her "grandma's girl!" After taking this picture, I couldn't help but notice how much taller Zoe was than mom. So, I made them stand back to back guessing that Zoe was crouching in the picture a little. Holy cow! She's an entire head taller than my mom now! For those of you that haven't seen Zoe in awhile, I think she's grown almost 3 inches in the past 3 months! Anyway, Kolby and I are back home and ready to crash and burn. Zoe is at her friend Kami's house and will be riding with her and her mom to the airport tonight! Thank you Kami's mom! |
