Coming Around
| Well, it's been a week and a half since Jeff left and I think I'm kinda coming out of my slump. Today, I found Napster. Totally by accident. I thought I was buying a cheap ringtone on my phone, then I realized why it was so cheap. It wasn't really a ringtone, but rather a music download for the PC. Hmmm, thankfully I can transfer music from my PC to my phone and can still use it. In the mean time though, I had to download Napster to get it. Then I realized they actually have a pretty sweet deal on there that I think Zoe can use for her new MP3 player and I can use for my phone! YAY. So, in between my run to town, I have been saving music to the PC and bouncing all over the house dancing and singing! Muwahahaha. I'm such a DORK! The kiddos are still in Louisiana visiting my dad, stepmom, little brothers and sister. Sounds like they had a lot of fun going out knee boarding yesterday. I think they are coming home on Sunday, but they said it "may be Tuesday instead!" Tehehehe. I miss them terribly, but it's kind of nice having a quiet house to hang out in for awhile. Jeff's adjusting to being in Korea it sounds like. It's a slow adjustment for him but he's getting there I think. In the mean time, I'm putting together a package to mail out to him this week to help make things a bit more homey for him AND to celebrate our anniversary! YAY! To top it off, I'm trying to work out flying over there in September. Maybe I have a really amazingly awesome set of friends that just happen to live in Burkburnett too that might possibly be willing to help out with the kiddos & dogs while I'm away? *winks* I have a dear friend, Valerie whose husband is over there too and I'm trying to convince her to join me on the trip. I don't think her husband would mind too terribly much. *laughs* Anywho, it's time to dance ladies and gentleman. Hope everyone is having a fantastic time and maybe sometime soon, I'll finally motivate myself to put all of the pictures from the past few weeks up! In the mean time, I'm going to enjoy the heck out of my "good day" and just have fun! Our love to you all! |
