What a Day
Let's start out with the fluffy stuff! Misty and Justin sent us a new picture of their adorable son, Cooper. How freaking precious is he?!?!?!

Now the not so fluffy. Mom picked up me and Kolby this morning to head to OKC for a family reunion. She made the comment when she got here that everything was already going wrong and that it was all probably a sign that she shouldn't be going. I laughed and we got in the car to go. Half way to Lawton, I noticed that Kolby had fallen asleep. I was surprised by this since he had a really long nights sleep but dismissed it. When we got to Lawton (just 30 minutes from our house), we stopped to get drinks at a gas station. I woke Kolby up and he was acting super groggy but when in and picked out a candy that he wanted and then walked over with me to pick out a drink. Then, he just fell flat on his butt. I thought he was just being pissy since we woke him up. So, I made him stand up. Then he fell straight backwards hitting his head on the ground and his eyes rolling to the back of his head. Long story short, he ended up collapsing two more times. We took him to the hospital and the general opinion seems to be that he had several mini seizures in a row but was fully alert and happy by that time so there really wasn't anything else to do.

The nurse was super fantastic and gave him some dinosaurs. He was a super trooper about having to get stuck 3 times in order to draw the blood for the tests. And, he thought the catscan was WAY cool! Kind of like Star Wars he said. Tehehe. The funniest part was the nurse asking hime about it and he said he saw his dad! I just laughed & shrugged while she and I looked at each other funny. Then I realized what he was talking about. He was telling her about getting to see his dad on the webcam this morning!

Anywho, he has a follow up appointment on the base tomorrow morning at 10 and they will then refer him to a neurologist for some more testing. Hopefully we will find out what caused these 'episodes'!

After leaving the hospital, we stopped by mom's house. The guys were there mowing her lawn and stuff. Now, THIS is what I call lawn service!

Muwahahaa.
