Just Bragging
| You know, I told mom yesterday that she needed to look at the blog to see the clock that Jeff sent me while I was bragging about it. I explained how I thought it was super sweet of him since I'm always talking about wanting a collection like my grandma had. I just love the ticking, swinging and chiming sounds of clocks. I suppose that comes from spending so much time at grandma's house throughout my life and missing that now that I can't see or hear it at her house. She laughed and told me to be careful of saying stuff like that or I'll end up with tons of clocks just because I said I liked something. See, Walter spoils her in ways that are unimaginable. If she shows even the slightest interest in something, he runs out and buys it for her. I laughed back and said that I would actually be just fine with that and reminded her that my husband was a little bit smarter and knew the difference between when I really, really wanted something and just thought it was kind of interesting. Anywho, I just wanted share that story and tell Jeff thank you again!!!!! |
