It's Time!
| Well, I have worked EXTRA hard the past two weeks to get as much of my future responsibilities to the various boards, the kids and other stuff taken care of so that I have all the time possible to spend with Jeff! I simply can't believe that we are driving to Dallas tomorrow to pick him up from the airport! No, seriously, I haven't even begun to believe that it's finally happening yet! Needless to say, we are so incredibly excited that he is coming home....even if it is just for 3 weeks. Things here are going really well. So, we are a little concerned that the refrigerator might blow up anyday, but that's not gonna get us down! Tehehehe. Apparently it started sparking and smoking Sunday while the kids were here and I was working at Hangar Holiday. Thankfully, my brother ran over to check things out. He shut off the breaker, checked behind the fridge, emptied out all the cold air and started it back up. It still hasn't done it again. So, hopefully something just got caught under there and the refrigerator took care of the alien for us! Tehehehe. Speaking of the show, boy did we kick some butt in sales! Over $2300!!! Anywho, on that note, it's time for me to wrap up a few last things tonight and head to bed. Zoe went to Lawton tonight with the JROTC to visit the vets home there. She should be home any minute. Oh, and SHE made it on the front page of the Sunday paper this weekend too marching with the Honor Guard for the Veteran's Day Parade! Our daughter freaking rocks! Love to you all and remember it's not too late to come for a visit while Jeff's home! ;) |
