Puppy Time
| Well, the weather has officially lost it's flipping mind here. It was 84 degrees on Sunday at 4pm when we got to my mom's house for family dinner. We got up to leave at 5:15 and it was freezing outside! The temperature reading in my car read 71 and in the 20 miles home, it dropped to 32 degrees! No joke. It hasn't gotten any better either! As a matter of fact, the school phone system called me at an alarming 5:30 am today to inform me that school would be delayed 1.5 hours due to inclimate weather. Wow. With that said, the big puppies have officially moved inside the house. Since we no longer have a nice workshop with a heater, it's just too cold for them to sleep out in the shed, so they are sleeping indoors now too! I honestly figured they would hate being inside so much. I mean, they have for the past 2 years, but not this year apparently! They are totally digging it! Sissy's favorite spot is on the couch in the game room!   Now, Ozzy on the other hand, he is less than impressed that the big dogs are in the house!  Then came bed time. I put up a baby gate in the laundry room doorway to keep the big puppies there at night. This really made Ozzy angry apparently as he sat up growling at them forever tonight! *laughs* It was a low, constant growl and it took me and Zoe awhile to figure out what the noise was at all! Sissy knew what it was though and kept watching Ozzy's kennel as if she expected him to break out of it and eat her alive! Muwahahahaha. I bet she doesn't sleep at all tonight!  |
