Sierra Grace
| My niece is the funniest little thing. She can not stand being away from her mother for more than a few minutes it would seem and staying the night with someone is her absolute worst nightmare. Normally if she stays the night with me, it's months before she says she wants to do it again, but this time she did it only a week later! So, she came home with us last night and began crying as soon as we pulled into the driveway. I refused to let her call her mom to come get her. Not only is it a long drive, but she really does need to get use to being away from mom at least a little bit. That didn't mean that she didn't cry all night long though! Heck, she even cried in her sleep! This morning, she woke up crying yet again and Kolby set out on a mission to find a way to make her happy. He ended up chasing her through the house clucking like a chicken for what seemed like hours. It worked though. Grace ran along with him either chasing or being chased and laughing the whole time!       Of course, as soon as he stopped, she immediately began crying again. And by the time we finally went to mom's for family dinner, she was dead set on not coming back to our house any time soon! Tehehehe. |
