Home At Last!
| Wow, what a long, long trip. We left Louisiana Monday morning and drove to Fort Worth for Kolby's appointments at Cooks. We managed to find a reasonably priced room close to the hospital before sending Zoe packing to the concert with my cousin Michelle. Then, Kolby and I worked hard to stay up all night and morning the next day since his EEG was ordered as sleep deprived. This is NEVER fun, but especially not while staying in a hotel! Tehehe. The EEG was at 1:30 and then we had to wait around for the scheduled 6 pm MRI. After which, we made the long drive home. Needless to say, we were all exhausted this morning but the kiddos still went to school and I still ran out to run errands. Most importantly of which was shipping a package to our newest little member of the family, Rylee! It's the first basket that I ever made and filled with all kinds of goodies that she is still too young for but hopefully mom and dad will enjoy them!  |
