Completion.....ALMOST
| Okay, so I have a few finishing details to get wrapped up before the house is completely done. AND Jeff still has to do something with the garage but ultimately the house is pretty dang done. So, here are the pictures that so many of you have emailed me about! First is our little office area. The movers completely destroyed our desk during the move. So, I had to run out and buy a new one. The shelf and printer stand made it okay, but don't match the new desk. After we get the settlement, we will buy something that matches. I also bought a new "man" chair for Jeff since he no longer has his recliner. I think he really likes it!  Next is our kitchen and dining nook. The first picture is looking in from the office.    Here is our tiny screened in porch that runs out of the kitchen. We are going to hang all of our wine bottle lights out here. I was hoping to get our little portable hot tub in here, but I'm pretty sure there won't be room for that in there!  Our living room from a few of different angles.    Our entry way. I've ordered a side table to go under the owl picture that Kolby inherited from pop's and grandma. He's so stinking proud of that picture and I think it looks fantastic right there!  The next two pictures are the stairwell leading to the upstairs room which we have turned into our game room. The kids might have fought a little over wanting this as one of their bedrooms! Tehehehe. It really is a pretty cool space!   A picture of the main bathroom.  Kolby's bedroom. Already a mess as you can see! Tehehe.  Zoe's bedroom. I think she had this put together before the movers even left on day one! *laughs* She might possibly take after her momma just a little bit!  And mine and Jeff's bedroom! See, still needs a little work.  And last, but certainly not least, a picture of our bathroom. Or half of our bathroom. You can't really see the shower to the left of the tub or the closet toilet but I think you get the idea. I mean after all, who care about any of that when you can see the enormous two person jetted tub that I plan on spending tons and tons of time in!?!?!?!  And finally, a shot of the backyard and Jeff's new grill!   Not much else to report around here. Jeff left this morning to fly to Wichita Falls to pick up the truck and porsche. He'll stay the night at mom's house and then start the 19 hour drive home tomorrow morning. Kolby is having his first sleep over tonight. Cameron, from across the street, is staying here tonight. Needless to say, they are both bouncing off the walls with excitement! I'm exhausted though and am going to go lay down. Our love to everyone! |
