All Work and No Play
Is never the way it works around here! Tehehe. Even when we are working, we are playing too! Jeff and I went to Lowe's yesterday to buy the lumber for our first "big" project at the new house.....a U shaped bench for the screened in porch out back. While it may look like he is more posing for pictures than working......well, that IS exactly what he is doing! Tehehehe. The first picture is our "before" picture of the porch....excuse the mess. ;)    He says that it will all be cut and predrilled in the next couple of hours so that we can paint it before putting it together tomorrow and setting it up! WOOHOO! My husband so freaking rocks!!!! Of course, this project means that I'm back to parking in the driveway after that long, hard day of work in the garage to assure that I could park in there.  And of course, I had to take some new pictures of the kitchen table and entry way with the fresh flowers in place. This is already the second batch of flowers. Does the owl picture look better mom?   |
