GO ZOE, GO!!
| Tonight, Kolby and I loaded up and drove to Hartsville, SC for Zoe's cross country meet. Her shins were really hurting before the race, so I wasn't sure that she was up to the run but she insisted that she could do it. And boy did she do it! She didn't run the 3.1 miles quite as fast as she did last week, but she ran it fast enough to place 9th at the meet and 6th on her team! Another varsity run under her belt and we couldn't be more proud! Here are some pictures from the start of the race and finishing up the first lap.      This is a picture of her half way through the 3rd lap.  And then her sprinting in for the big finish!                 And of course, I couldn't resist showing you a couple of pictures of Kolby entertaining himself on the bleachers before the race began!   |
