Welcome to our crazy corner of the world! Since we have family that is spread across the country, we decided to set up this blog so that
those that we love and miss would have an even better glimpse into our daily lives.
Sit back and enjoy. Hopefully, you will enjoy the ride as much as we do!
Love, Jeff, Shelly, Zoe & Kolby

Today was a madhouse trying to get everything ready to celebrate Jeff's birthday tonight. I ran all day long and finally got home to bake Jeff's cake. Yes, I decided to bake him a cake instead of just ordering one.....which in hindsight, is what I should have done! Turns out that I had to make TWO cakes cause I royally screwed up the first one. Honestly, the second one didn't come out too well either. But whatever! I think he enjoyed everything no matter!!!! Tehehehhe. The kids and I each picked out an airplane that we thought he would like. So, he banked and got THREE airplanes! Mom bought him the Oregon Scoreboard Clock....which he about bounced off the walls over! :)
Here are the pictures from his party....notice how much he enjoys posing for the camera! Tehehehe
And now, for the grand finale! The card/poem that Kolby got for his dad!
A Poem for your Birthday, "ALL ABOUT FARTS!"
A fart can be quiet,
A fart can be loud,
Some leave a powerful poisonous cloud...
A fart can be short,
or a fart can be long,
some farts have been known to sound just like a song....
A fart can create
a most curious medley,
a fart can be harmless,
or silent, but deadly....
A fart might not smell,
while others are vile,
a fart may pass quickly,
or linger awhile...
A fart can occur
in a number of places,
and leave everyone
with strange looks on their faces....
From wide-open prairie,
to small elevators,
a fart will find all of us
sooner or later....
But not all farts are bad,
this is simply not true-
we musn't forget....
Dear, sweet, old farts like YOU!!!!
Muwahahaha...now you get that funny face Kolby had in that one picture! That was while dad was reading his card! Tehehehe
