HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Our absolutely amazing neighbors, Jessie and Ryan, invited us over to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with their family today. We had a great time with all of them and their family is just as awesome as they are! And despite having carried the camera in my pocket all day, I completely forgot to take pictures! Tehehehe. Leave it to me! But, we did get a picture of Jeff with his families famous broccoli casserole to make Sara drool! :) Jessie helped carry all of our dishes back over after dinner was done and we said our goodbyes and hugged at the door. AFTER I closed the door and locked it, Jeff asked if we were going to go get our kids. I looked at him as if I were confused and I suppose I was since I had completely and totally missed the part that the kids were still at Jessie and Ryan's house! Needless to say that everyone got a huge laugh at me forgetting our kids! Tehehehe. Easy enough to do I suppose. It was pointless to run over there though as Zoe opted to finish watching the Cowboys game there and Kolby decided that it wasn't fair for her to get to stay if he couldn't. So, we still ended up kidless for quite a bit longer! *grins* Everyone really did have a great time even if we were missing our own families! We hope everyone had as fantastic a day as we had! Know that you were in our thoughts all day. I'll end this blog with a picture of Kolby after his fun day with all of the kids next door!  Muwahahaha! Guess he was tired! |
