HAPPY BIRTHDAY KOLBY!!!
We had a small party here at the house today for Kolby's birthday. I tried and tried to talk him into a big, elaborate party that would without a doubt blow everyone's minds but he wasn't having it. So, I threw my hands in the air and gave in to him. Small Bakugan party at home. That's all he wanted and that's what he got. Did they play Bakugan at all though? Oh heck no. The XBox 360 was the only thing those kids cared about doing. And if they weren't playing on that, it was the DSi. *rolls eyes* Even if I wasn't impressed with the party, the kids had a blast and that's all that really matters anyway. Right?                       Zoe was a tad bit upset for a couple of reasons. First, we wouldn't let her keep the Cowboys game on in the living room while we were having her little brother's birthday party! DUH! Second, the Cowboys took a severe beating. See, she didn't need to watch it anyway. Not only would her friends give her minute by minute blows via text message (literally)  but it would have hurt MUCH more if she had actually been watching it happen! I mean look what the text messages did to her! Tehehehe. Kolby acted like he was upset for her too but then yelled SIKE!!!    No worries though, her best friend Taylor and the boyfriend dashed to the rescue to try to cheer her up a bit. I'm not sure if it really worked though. I say she's faking! I mean now really, how could you possibly recover THAT quickly from such a tragedy? ;)     Of course, Grandma decided to help out with cheering her up too and insisted on giving her the birthday present that Michael, Kim, Alexis, Sierra and Spencer sent for her. It helped....a little! Tehehe   And finally, a couple of shots of Walter and Kolby playing!   |
