Welcome to our crazy corner of the world! Since we have family that is spread across the country, we decided to set up this blog so that
those that we love and miss would have an even better glimpse into our daily lives.
Sit back and enjoy. Hopefully, you will enjoy the ride as much as we do!
Love, Jeff, Shelly, Zoe & Kolby

Of course we landed at the beach again today! This time though, in addition to the swimming, kite flying, sunbathing and of course, a few cocktails (no worries, they were only for the adults...tehehehe), we also threw in a little jet skiing and jelly fish! Needless to say, it was awesome!
Besides all of the fun we doled out, we also had GREAT entertainment with the people that set up next to us! Jessi laughed telling us that they had to be from north of I-10. All of the kids looked just like, but none of the mother's looked alike. They all had the uncle/daddy family tree for sure. The mothers were all women with confidence as we liked to call them. You know the ones I'm talking about. WAY too big to be wearing tiny bikinis, but still had the guts to do it! Tehehe. One of the little boys kept peeing in the ocean while one of the littlest girls kept washing her hands in his pee and then licking her hands. One of the mom's would then give her a bottle of juice to "wash that taste out of her mouth". *laughs hysterically* Oh, and all of the mom's favorite qoute for the day? "Don't make me put down my beer to beat yer ass!" Or, "Get yer ass over here so I can beat yer ass!" They also liked to explain in gory detail how the jet skis that were coming in would run them over, chop them up, get blood everywhere and keel them! Muwahaha. Oh my how many laughs we got out of that group of people. And of course as they were packing up, screaming at the kids that they needed to hurry up and stay out of the water b/c they had a long drive back to Milton, we all died laughing that they really were from north of I-10!
You would have thought that after spending another 8 hour day on the beach would have meant the kiddos came straight home and went straight to bed, but instead they played for several hours more and decorated the mail box for Jessi! Tehehehe. What an amazing day!
