Happy Mother's Day
Jeff and the kiddos totally spent the day spoiling me today. I got the sweetest cards and gifts from them. Zoe bought me a rose and they all gave me an ultimate spa package at About the Body Spa. Woohoo! On top of that though, they all chipped in to add some color to our front yard and rake up, bag the old pine needles only to lay new ones!      Look at all those bags of yard debris! Zoe and Kolby gathered ALL of that up and loaded it into the truck so that Jeff could take it to the recycling center tomorrow! :)  Next project? The area around the mailbox. I'm thinking a small Carolina Garden or something like that anyway! :)  After all of the yard work, we all just hung out together and Jeff made a big steak, okra and potato dinner. As if all of that spoiling wasn't enough, then he went to Sonic to pick me up a Reese's Blast for dessert! I tell ya, I really am the luckiest woman on the face of the earth! :) |
