RETURN TO REALITY!!!! Day 5
Unfortunately all good things must come to an end and here we are at the port of Jacksonville, FL where the cold held tight patiently awaiting our return! :( Honestly, we would have been just fine with it not waiting for us. I'm absolutely certain that we could have dealt with the abandonment issues what with a little counseling and all! We got home about an hour before the kiddos were scheduled to get out of school. But honestly, I think Benny missed us more than the kids did!  Me on the other hand, I couldn't wait for them to finally get home! And Jeff couldn't resist taking pictures of me waiting at the window 10 minutes before Kolby's bus would arrive dancing with excitement!  I had to entertain us both somehow while waiting! Right?  FINALLY!!!!! Kolby's home!  Now, we just have to wait for Zoe! YAY! We're finally back with our beautiful, amazing children! Getting away is oh so nice, but coming home is the absolute best ever! |
