A Funny Story
| Today has been a busy one. We got the house completely cleaned up after making a huge mess getting the decorations out and up. Jeff worked on one of the airplanes that we got him for his birthday. I stained mom's baskets (FINALLY), Zoe was nowhere to be found all day and Kolby played as hard as his little legs would take him! Tehehehehe. Here are pictures of the last 3 baskets finally stained and drying so that I can ship them to mom! I'll be so super happy to finally get them to her!  Kahlan came over to play with Kolby tonight. Of course, he was in his usual state of showing off! *laughs* Here's a picture of them jumping on the trampoline.  I know, I know. What's so funny about that? Here's the funny part. Jeff decided to cook dinner tonight. He's so stinking sweet that he wanted to make me a ham since there wasn't any at Thanksgiving dinner the other day and I know, that's not funny either. It wasn't meant to be. Here's the funny part. I was working in the kitchen while Jeff was carving up more ham. I turned around and saw him sawing away at the poor ham with this little saw. I looked at him like he was crazy and asked if the saw was at least clean. I mean, after all, it did seem like a "guy" kinda thing to do!    He cracked up laughing at me and then told me that he had already cut our leftovers off and was now cutting up the bone for Benny and Sissy to share! Muwahahaha. |
