Woohoo
| It's Sunday, which means that the Post Secret Blog has been updated! Between the Big Brother 8 24/7 live feed & forums, the forum on baby Kaleb over in Florida and Post Secret, the addictions are piling up! Tehehehe. Good thing that we have so much fun with all of it! The past couple of days have been a lot of fun. Lots of swimming being done by everyone in the house. As a matter of fact, Kolby has been swimming by 8am both days! *laughs* ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Lots of laying around being done too! ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, and no worries....Zoe stayed busy taking pictures of herself as well! ![]() ![]() ![]() Me, mom and Zoe got up early yesterday morning to hit the garage sales. That is always tons of fun. I didn't find a whole lot for myself, but Zoe found this super cool phone! Tehehehe ![]() ![]() ![]() Ozzies new favorite activity to help him pass the time, is catching flies.....catching flies, faster than you! Muwahahahaha. It's truly one of the funniest things that I have ever seen. He looks like a psychotic running in random patterns behaving as if he is the only one on the face of the earth! ![]() Then, later that evening, Jeff and I took the Porsche out for a spin. Holy cow, it ran great! Jeff realized sometime yesterday while working on it that the interior light was on. Now, we aren't getting our hopes up that it was something that silly, but I've got my fingers crossed anyway! We have both sorely missed getting to go out and about in that car. We even laughed as we drove it to Burkburnett saying that if it didn't die there, then it was good to go. For those that don't know that story, last summer he was having trouble with the truck (it kept dying and then not starting again or something). So, he made some repairs and we decided to give it a whirl on the road to see how it did. Right as we were pulling down the highway into Burkburnett, he looked over at me with this impish grin and asked, "dare me to turn the truck off(while driving down the highway) and see if it starts back up?" With a huge smile on my face, I said "yeah! I do!" Muwahahahaha...he was stunned as he really didn't expect me to play along but did it anyway. Hmmmm, we couldn't stop laughing as we coasted off the exit and pulled over in a parking lot wondering what in the world we were going to do.....it wouldn't start again!!! So, here we are, without cell phones, 15 miles from home and no way to fix the problem and we just kept laughing! Someone eventually pulled off to help us with a jump. Wahoo! It started! As soon as they pulled out of the parking lot though, it died again......refusing to start yet again! Quite some time later (we are still laughing mind you) another nice gentleman stopped to help. This time, the jump took well enough for us to make it home. Jeff tells it that while he already knew I was "the one", this sealed the deal for him...the fact that I just laughed and made the whole event fun. Funny thing.....it did the same for me! Jeff got his transmitter back from being repaired and is out flying today. Kolby and Zoe finally gave out on swimming a couple of hours ago. I'm sure it's not the end for the day though. My bet is they are back in as soon as dinner is done, if not before! And I'm finally getting around to updating the blog........obviously! Tonight, mom is coming over after working her long day of overtime and having dinner with us. YAY! Then, I think we are going to sit down to watch the movie 300. Jeff and I have been dying to see this movie and I finally broke down and bought it the other day. Mmmmm, and ice cream for everyone tonight! Not much else on our front, what about yours? |
