HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERA!!!
Not only did MY Tera come to visit, but she came to celebrate her birthday with us! After all of our other fun activities today, we all met up at home to have cake and let Tera open her presents! Kaia got her a beautiful dress and matching purse. We gave her a day at the spa with me tomorrow! :) And the Bakers Sweet Reeses Peanut Butter cake was to DIE for!!!!          |
Whose This Guy?
Kolby and I took Tera and Kaia to Columbia to eat at Pawley's Front Porch because it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives with Guy whatever his last name is. Kaia is absolutely his BIGGEST fan ever, so this was a super cool surprise for her! She absolutely freaked out when she realized why we brought her there!   We had an hour wait to eat after we got there, so we took a stroll through the Five Points and stumbled upon the most amazing balloon animal creators ever! The kiddos were thrilled to say the least! Tehehe. Aren't these just awesome?       Here are some pictures from in the restaurant! While there, Kaia would ask, "mom, did Guy eat here really?" "Mom, what did Guy eat? I want that!" "Waitress, did you work here when Guy came here? You did! Did you meet him?" "Did Guy use the bathroom here mom?" Guy, Guy, Guy....that was all that she could talk about and Kolby was apparently getting just a tad bit jealous. He kept making comments like, "Who's this Guy? Why do you keep talking about him? He doesn't sound so great!" Tehehehe.       And how could I leave out the one of Tera after spilling tea all over herself!  |
Shop Til You Drop!
WOHOO! Tera and Kaia are finally here for their visit and we couldn't possibly be more excited! This morning, Kaia and I got up and went out for a little shopping. She needed to get her mom the perfect gift for her birthday and I need to spoil Kaia just a little bit! Tehehehe. She found a couple of outfits for herself but the one that she is most impressed with is the white Cinderella collection dress! Tehehe. I'm not sure that she will ever take this one off! Sorry Tera! :)   Kaia was quite determined to find the perfect dress to buy for her mom. I had to talk her out of several very "grandma church" outfits, but when she finally found the one, she screamed out, "This is SOOO my other mom!" Speaking of which, since we are all family, she has started calling me mom, Jeff dad, Kolby brother and Zoe big sister! Muwahaha. It's the funniest thing. I also taught her how to call Clovis, Blovis and to explain that she calls it that because Blovis blows! *grins* |
